Course Information

Microsoft Office 365 Training Courses can be delivered either at your office or at our fully equipped Training Centre in London. Our Office 365 courses can be tailored to best suit your requirements.

There are many new Office 365 applications to be explored: Forms, Planner and Power BI. The key 365 applications are listed below.

Office 365 for business is a Microsoft subscription service that includes access to Office 365 applications and online productivity services, as well as business services such as web conferencing, hosted email, and online storage. You get the following applications when you sign up for Office 365 for business.

New Microsoft Office 365 courses are being released on a regular basis, these courses will be available as one day events.

Microsoft Office 365 Training Courses cover the following areas:

Office 365 Applications PC and MAC

The latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, OneDrive for Business, and Access.

Office 365 Applications Tablets and Phones

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, Yammer, and OneNote.

These can be installed on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets, and 5 phones per user.

File Storage and Sharing

1TB of OneDrive for Business cloud storage for each user, which can be accessed from anywhere and syncs with PC and MACS for offline access.

Additional Microsoft Office 365 Training for Applications

As well as the classic Office applications, depending on your subscription plans there is a wide range of new applications available with Office 365.


Integrated into Outlook, the calendar application will allow you to schedule and accept meetings and events. Calendars can be shared among team members too. Automatic reminders can be set up with custom alerts.


Delve is a document manager that allows you to bookmark files you need from Sharepoint. You can see which members of your team are working on specific documents and view their profiles. Delve also allows you to edit your Office 365 profile such as profile picture and job role.


Dynamics is an all in one business manager. You can add custom applications into Dynamics such as leave requests and expense reports. It’s like having an office admin person on your computer.


Allowing you to automate your workflows, Flow saves you time in so many ways. There are hundreds of possibilities to set up on Flow, from the weather being sent to your phone to automatically arranging meetings.


As the name suggests you can create forms, but there’s a host of other things you can do too. You can also make survey’s and quizzes with lots of customisation. The results can be exported to Excel to analyse.


Microsoft Kaizala is a phone-number based, simple, and secure mobile chat app that enables you to connect and coordinate work across your network.


OneDrive is a cloud storage system. Plans tend to come with 1TB storage per user which should be plenty for most people. You can share files with specific people and access them anywhere with an internet connection.


Organise all your contacts in one place with Microsoft People. People will let you organise all your friends, family and business contacts. The app will learn your favourite contacts and recommend people you might want to contact.


Planner allows you to create, assign and edit tasks. You can group tasks into teams or even set individual planner boards.

Power BI

Power Bi is a useful addition to Office 365 Applications. It allows you to create data dashboards for your team, Power BI is your all in one data hub. Sales, marketing, service and more all have custom applications for you to create your unique dashboard.


An application builder, PowerApps takes the data you already use to create web and mobile apps. You can build your own from scratch or use one of the many presets provided.


As the name suggests if you have a file to share this is the application you need. Only download the data you need and make them easily accessible to others in your team.


Microsoft’s video hosting application allows you to upload, embed and share your video content around your team. Stream is based on the idea of education.


Microsoft Tasks is integrated into your copy of Outlook and lets you create tasks for yourself and others. You can set due dates, reminders and priority levels too.


The live chat team workspace is Microsoft’s answer to Whatsapp. It allows real-time messaging between people in your team and is seen as the alternative to internal E-mail. Teams course outline

Your online daily planner. List out your tasks and give them a completion date and toggle priority. You can add notes, access them on mobile and sync with your Outlook.


Very similar to Microsoft Stream. Video allows you to upload and share videos with members of your team.


Microsoft’s take on a social media network. Yammer allows you to share updates, comment on other people’s updates and have private communication.
